The Wyo Central Merger to StagePoint is Complete:

How do I access my account?
Members can access their accounts by enrolling in StagePoint Home Banking at www.StagePointFCU.com or by downloading the StagePoint app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and clicking Enroll.

What is the new Routing Number?
StagePoint’s Routing Number is 307086879. Use this number for all future payments and deposits. You don’t need to update any existing automatic payments or deposits.

Will I get new Checks?
No, you can continue using your Wyo Central checks until they run out. You will get StagePoint checks on your next reorder.

Did payees in Bill Pay transfer over?
No. Unfortunately, payees and recurring payments set up through Bill Pay will not transfer to StagePoint’s Bill Pay system. Once you have enrolled in StagePoint Home or Mobile Banking, click on Bill Pay to set up your payees and reschedule recurring payments. StagePoint offers PicturePay to simplify the process. With PicturePay, in the Bill Pay section of the app, select 'Pay with a Picture,' follow the prompts, take a picture of the bill you want to pay, enter the amount, and the system will do the rest!

What is different about my debit card?
StagePoint debit cards are equipped with the latest in card technology, including Tap to Pay and the ability to add the card to your Apple, Samsung, Garmin, or StagePoint digital wallet.

When will I get my new StagePoint Debit Card?
If you haven’t received your new StagePoint Debit Card, call our Member Contact Center at (307) 234-5401.

What do I need to do with my new card?
Activate and set your PIN on the new card by calling 866-985-2273 from the phone number we have on file.

What do I do with my existing card?
Safely destroy your Wyo Central Debit Card.

Is my Debit Card PIN changing?
Your current PIN will not automatically work with the new card. Call 866-985-2273 from the phone number we have on file to activate the card and set your PIN. You can set the PIN to any 4-digit number, including your current PIN, but it cannot be the last 4 digits of your social security number or any combination of your birthdate.

Will my new card work with my Digital Wallet?
Yes. Add your new card to your Digital Wallet to use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Garmin Pay. Once your new card is active, download the StagePoint Wallet app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage your card from anywhere.

What do I do if I don’t receive a new card?
If you haven’t received your new StagePoint Debit Card, call our Member Contact Center at (307) 234-5401.
